eine SZ Stange die man haben sollte

Nach über 20 Jahren Bodybuilding endlich mal Fat-Bars ausprobiert und absolut begeistert.

Die Stange ist extrem gut zu greifen, insofern man keine extra kleinen Hände hat.
Trotz der Tatsache, das man weitaus weniger Gewicht bewegt als mit einer 28mm Stange, ist das Gefühl im Bizeps extrem direkt und brutal.

Beim korrekten Griff schmerzt die Übung wirklich, bringt aber auch entsprechende Resultate.
Habe damit meinen Bizeps nochmals verbessern können.

Mit 100€ ist sie fast zu preiswert.

Scettico al momento dell'acquisto poichè avere un bilanciere con un impugnatura da 50mm., non mi rendevo conto cosa volesse dire. Io ho anche le mani piccole, ma da circa 1 mese ci lavoro e devo dire che ho scoperto un bilanciere che mi aiuta a isolare il lavoro delle braccia. Per me è bello esteticamente e adesso che mi sono abituato a lavorarci, mi trovo molto bene. Rapporto qualita/prezzo ottimo
