Set Rubber Coated Easy Grip Plates 140KG/150KG

Strength Shop Rubber Coated Easy Grip Plates are built to be practical and versatile. With seven grip holes spaced out across the circumference of each plate, you’ll have no trouble handling, carrying and loading these plates in your gym.

Made from cast-iron with a rubber coating, they offer the robustness of traditional steel or iron but with improved grip and a degree of protection from short drops or hitting against other plates. Although they are not to be dropped from height like bumpers, they are equally suited for traditional lifts, machine work and even barbell substitute training.

Easy Grip Plates have a 2" diameter opening so they may be used with any Olympic style barbell or sleeve.
