Die kleine Box ist der perfekte Begleiter in meinem Training, egal vereinfachte Liegestütz oder um die Sprengkraft zu verbessern, sie begleitet mich auch in mein Rehabilitierenden Training. Die Lieferung war auch wieder sehr schnell und war sehr gut verpackt Sodas nichts kaputt gehen kann.

Bin so begeistert die Box ist so vielseitig was das Training angeht nicht nur ich finde sie klasse auch mein Vierbeiner findet sie super. Das Holz ist so stabil auch das Design ist Mega.

I own 2 of those, very sturdy, high quality, nice look. great 4 Box squats, step ups, jumps, belt squats while standing on both, even for "floor" press if both are placed next to the bench.
As I expected. Sturdy, well cut, high quality wood.
