The multifunctional lat pull down bar coupled with our rotating handles are the perfect combination to allow you to maximize the variations of your back and upper body exercises

This handle is completely adjustable for wide, neutral and narrow grip widths, making the variations of pulldowns, curls, rows and push downs you can perform almost endless! There are 19 possible settings on each side of the handle that can be used, which means that everyone's individual mechanics should be able to be accustomed for no matter what exercise you are performing.

Versatile & durable lat attachment for cable machines

Made from 10mm steel and powder coated in our signature durable matt black finish, the lat pull down bar is a hard-wearing piece of equipment and it is best accompanied by our rotating handles, but other attachments can be incorporated, like our grip ball or cable handles for example.

A heavy-duty carabiner is supplied, meaning you can be confident about the attachment and meaning you can quickly swap over from a traditional fixed bar to the adjustable bar.
