Plate loadable duck walk. Great, compact addition to any training. Work grip, fitness, and speed with this duck walk. Add a bit of variety into your training.

Now with a quick release pin for easy adjustment of the height.

Approximate spec: 650mm high 

Handle 450mm long and 35mm diameter

Suitable for Olympic Plates with 50mm diameter hole.

Can be loaded to approximately 260kg if using 20kg cast plates, or 200kg if using 15's.

After using it a few times I have to say that I am very satisfied. It's a valuable addition to my strongman training. It's durable, easy to use and effective. Whether you're just starting or more advanced. The duck walk helps me to reach my goals
