Can the dumbbell handle be used for dropping exercises?
Avoid dropping the dumbbell handle from overhead or chest height without drop pads or soft plyo boxes. It isn’t designed to withstand the impact from dropping on hard floor, which could damage the handle or the floor.
Is this dumbbell sold in pairs?
No, the dumbbell handle is sold individually. If you need a pair, please order two units.

Diese Hantel ist auf jeden Fall mal eines,... Sehr,... sehr vertrauens- erweckend. Ich selber werde dieses Teil zwar nie in den Grenzbereich bewegen können,...jedoch ist es gut zu wissen das man das mit dieser Hantel tun könnte wenn man denn dann tatsächlich dazu befähigt :,-) sein sollte.
Als Liebhaber von robusten Trainings Equipment und dicker Griffen,...sowie als überzeugter Anhänger von ein Arm Kurz?! Hantel Heber Trainingsausführungen kann ich mir ein Trainingsleben ohne diese Hantel eigentlich nicht mehr vorstellen.

Salve , sono interessato a comprare dei manubri per la mia palestra personale, e devo dire che questi mi hanno colpito tanto .Il mio dubbio è che se la troppa lunghezza ( 65 cm) possa dare fastidio nei movimenti di spinte per il petto orizzontale e verticale???
Big, solid, aggressive, heavy. All i ever wanted from a dumbbell for my high intensity rowing. I'll test it a lot, hope all will be as good as it seems, otherwhise i'll update my review but I trust it.
I have recently bought the aforementioned piece of equipment in order to perform heavy dumbbell rows. The dumbbell has low to moderate spin (that's perfectly fine for the intended use), plenty of available space, and it is made to LAST!
The dumbbell handles are very goed to be honest. The collars spin nicely. With standaard 5 kilo plates you do more dan 70 kilo per hand. Goed voor rows/press and everything else. Recommended to everyone
