Ich nutze das Band jetzt seit zwei Wochen in meiner Aufwärmroutine, macht Spaß und ist ein neues Gefühl. Würde ich jedem empfehlen, ohne das ich die wissenschaftliche Evidenz eruirt hätte.
Verarbeitung ist super, recht kurze Länge.
Ich hoffe es bleibt lange elastisch.
