Available with 157.5kg, 207.5kg or 257.5kg of calibrated plates, the bundle allows you to choose the loading capacity that best matches your current training level and long-term progression. The slim profile of the calibrated plates also leaves more usable sleeve space for heavier loading.
At the centre of the setup is the Riot Power Bar – Calibrated Nickel. Built to IPF specifications, it features a 29mm shaft, a fully nickel-coated shaft and sleeves, and a calibrated weight tolerance of ±50g. Combined with Strength Shop's IPF-approved calibrated plates, the result is a precise and dependable setup for squats, bench presses and deadlifts.

An IPF-approved powerlifting bar with a 29mm shaft and calibrated weight tolerance of ±50g. The nickel finish covers both the shaft and sleeves, providing a durable surface with strong corrosion resistance, while the powerlifting-specific knurling and centre knurl provide a secure grip and added stability under load.
Strength Shop Calibrated Plates – IPF Approved
Precision calibrated plates designed to international powerlifting standards. Each plate is calibrated to a maximum weight tolerance of ±10g and follows the standard IPF colour code for quick identification. Their slim design maximises available sleeve space, while the 50mm centre opening provides a close fit on Olympic bars. Depending on the selected variant, the bundle includes a total of 157.5kg, 207.5kg or 257.5kg of calibrated plates.
Olympic Flip Lock Collars V2 – Black
Quick-locking collars designed for 50mm Olympic barbell sleeves. The large locking lever and strong clamping force make weight changes fast while helping keep the plates securely positioned throughout your training.
