True to form, these plates have been moulded in a single cast and feature a raised lip for seamless loading and unloading. A standard 50mm opening ensures a snug and secure fit on the barbell, while the embossed weight increments allow for easy identification.

Specifications:

  • Within +/- 2% accuracy of target weight for 10KG plates and up and +/-3% for 1.25-5KGs
  • 50mm hole diameter (refer to table below for exact measurements; for use with all olympic style barbells)
  • Raised lip for simple handling, loading and unloading

Good plates

Overall, the plates are very nice, with all of them maintaining the 1% accuracy that higher-priced brands claim, while staying at a reasonable price. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the imperfections around the edges of the 10kg plates, despite them being spot on with the weight they are supposed to have.
