Riot MRR | Folding Crossmembers for MRR Uprights
Your rack. Your wall. Zero wasted space. The Riot MRR Folding Crossmembers mount to your MRR Uprights and transform them into a fully functional wall-mounted rack — one that disappears when you're done with it.
When it's time to train, swing the crossmembers out and lock them in with the mag pin. When you're finished, fold them back flat against the wall. The whole system is built from 75 x 75 x 3 mm box section steel with 6 mm end plates — rigid under load, minimal when folded. Pair them with the MRR Pull Up Bar and you have a complete training station that takes up almost no permanent space.

What exactly do the Folding Crossmembers do?
They turn a pair of Riot MRR Uprights into a fully functional wall-mounted rack that folds flat against the wall when not in use. When you're done training, the crossmembers fold laterally and lock in place with the mag pin — the whole setup sits virtually flush with the uprights. No dismantling, no storing parts separately, just fold and go.
How does the folding and locking work?
Each crossmember folds laterally — sideways rather than swinging down — and is secured in both the open and folded position by a mag pin. Pull the pin, fold, drop it back in. It takes a few seconds and no tools.
What can I attach to them?
The crossmembers are built to work with the full MRR attachment range. The most natural pairing is the MRR Pull Up Bar, which slots in to turn the setup into a full wall-mounted pull-up and training station. Other MRR attachments can be used depending on your setup.
