Strength Shop Training Mat

Our versatile training mat is made from high density TPE foam with textured grip on both sides. Featuring 6mm thick padding it provides non-slip stability and optimal support.

As an extra feature, reinforced holes have been added to one end which gives the option to hang/store vertically in your gym or home. This mat can be used wherever: home gyms, large-scale training facilities or physio studios. It's also very easy to clean and completely odorless.
