Ideal bench for competition style powerlifting training
Train like you're competing. Designed with all the legal specs for competition benches, you’ll be training as close as it can get to a real competition environment, equipment wise. But with the two band pegs on each side, you can also add some variation to your training and work on your weaknesses and strengths. The adjustable safety catchers provide a level of security even when no spotters are around. Rated to 400kg this bench covers even your heaviest attempts.
Always improving
The Deluxe Competition Style Bench now comes with a few new features to make it even better. With a slight inclination towards the bench, the new bar holders improve the racking process and decrease movement of the barbell. The height adjustment holes are numbered and closely spaced for ideal bench adjustment.
UHMW plates, mounted to the uprights, protect and guide the uprights. The bar holder as well as the safety catchers have UHMW plates for protection too. A 15mm thick bar holder, 7.5mm thick bar holder with addition of a 7.5mm thick reinforced backing plate, will withstand even the heaviest re-racks. A good amount of grip from the new bench pad offers a solid and firm setup.
Ideal support for your wrists! Have a look at our collection of various wrist wraps for an even stronger bench.

I am very happy with the sturdy construction, A solid comp bench, exactly what I was looking for. I'm documenting my journey from 100kg to 143kg/315lbs bench press at 40 years old using your competition bench, currently at 112.5kg after 10 weeks. Posting 4X/week across YouTube (1,500 avg views), Instagram, and TikTok. The bench is featured in my Monday and Friday training sessions (bench volume and heavy PR attempts). Natural powerlifting, training at 40 with AI programming. Open to partnerships or sponsorships as my channels grow. Happy to discuss affiliate links, product placement, or sponsored content. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at Strength Shop is absolutely impeccable! Delivery was smooth and hassle-free, and assembly was a breeze—one person (yep, just me!) had it all set up in no time. Everyone who’s tried it loves using it. Highly recommend!
Very solid bench good for heavy sesion it is worth buying it
This comp style bench won't disappoint you. Great heavy duty workmanship, quality rough and solid. Felt like summer Christmas.
Love the bench, great quality and not too difficult to put together. Good value for money!
This is a true proffesional bench , so if you really want to become a powerlifter , and you are using heavy weights, you will love this bench. Very stable ! I bench 200 kg a. All the details are very high quality end. I dont really know if the plastic parts protecting the supports will last , but this is just a small detail.
Firm and wide cushion for good stability. Supports very well adjustable. Also an excellent and sturdy bench for the powerlifter.
I bought this bench a few days ago. It was delivered 2 days after I ordered - very fast! It's easy to assamble and it's very solid, everything fits perfect. But there are a few things that I would improve. 1. There are only a few small points where the bench rests on the floor. As a result, it creates a lot of pressure on the floor there and possibly leaves pressure marks on the floor. 2. I previously had the ATX 700 Bench, which is constructed identically - the extendable supports were much better constructed there. 3. There is no protection on the dumbbell rest, so the dumbbell lies on the bare metal. That creates high wear. If those points would be improved it's a 5 star bench.

Ottimo Prodotto.
banc commandé depuis la France, livraison impeccable, montage simple, et pour l'instant aucun problème, le banc est stable et très confortable.
Brilliant bench best one I’ve used
I’m 6.5 and I fit perfectly in this bench. I was looking for a good, heavy, well made bench press and I found a good one in it. Details are well made and quality is very good.
Le banc est top le seul défaut c’est qu’il manque une protection caoutchouc sur les reposes barres, dommage car elle y est sur les barres de sécurité. sinon rien a dire c’est solide de bonne qualité confortable.

Very very Good Bench press, stable, hard grip on bench, best quality and price
Top notch The best value for money gym equipment I've ever bought, rock solid, easy to assemble, as good as benches two or three times the price, it won't disappoint.
Bellissima panca
Brilliant bench, very surprised I got this bench delivered this week, and I couldn't be more pleased with it, I can't recommend it enough! 5* for me! It even arrived a couple days earlier than the predicted date.
Eine wunderschöne , stabile Bank. Leicht zusammenzubauen.
We currently own what we call commercial gym benches: very narrow, not adjustable. We wanted a competition-like bench and we chose Strengthshop. Night and day, the bench is sturdy, with adjustable spotters and safeties, easy to assemble, with band pegs for speedwork, affordable and most of all: WIDE.Our customers like it a lot.Next step: the Riot Hardcore Bench modelGeordie, France.
