A stable foundation for lifting
It's hard to imagine Olympic weightlifting without weightlifting shoes. But you don't have to be a classic Olympic weightlifter to benefit from these specialized shoes. Powerlifters, Strong(wo)men or anyone who likes to squat or has squat variations like front squats or overhead squats in their training programme can't go wrong with weightlifting shoes. And for many other exercises, such as lunges or thrusters, you can optimize your training with these shoes.
Stable & non-slip squat shoe
To perform solid squats, you need stable shoes. This in turn can have a positive influence on exercise performance and also contribute to injury prevention. The hard plastic wedge at the heel, with a height of 2.3cm, improves the lower body levers, in favour of an upright upper body position and forms a solid shoe base. For all those who prefer high bar squats, this makes a good argument for weightlifting shoes.
At the heel, there is a double reinforcement up to the midfoot to ensure lateral stability of the foot in the shoe. In addition to the lacing, there are two Velcro fasteners in the midfoot area that can be closed in opposite directions for an optimal, firm fit. The sole is quite rigid and offers good grip on the ground, ideal for dynamic exercises such as snatching and pushing, but some also swear by weightlifting shoes for bench pressing.

Super Schuhe! Die Sohle im Fersenbereich ist knallhart, so wie es auch sein soll! Fester stand, wackelt nix! Ich habe auch einen Vergleich. Ich habe mir für knapp 30€ bei temu beuge Schuhe geholt, da ein Trainingspartner die hat. Zum Testen ob beugeschuhe für mich Sinn machen sind die gut gewesen! Da dachte ich mir, ich probiere auch die hier aus und dann mal schauen! Ich empfehle die Schuhe hier definitiv weiter! Die hier sind stabiler im stand, fester aufgrund der 2 schnallen und der fersenbereich ist sehr hart. Selbst bei höheren Gewichten sind die immer noch hart, was bei den anderen leider nicht der Fall war! Also, wer Kniebeugen macht und Herausforderungen im Sprunggelenk hat, kauft euch die Schuhe, ihr werdet sie lieben und nicht mehr ohne beugen wollen! Lg

The heel is well stiff when you walk and it also helps alot with the leg press and squats on the smith machine! I don't have to put my feet as much forward as before!
Pass genaue Größe, ideal für das, wofür sie gemacht sind. Einzige Manko war die Lieferung, aussen wie Innenkarton waren beschädigt. Aber die Schuhe Gott sei Dank nicht.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Schuhen. Habe sehr breite Füße aber da ich ne Nummer größer genommen habe passen sie trotzdem gut. Müssen aber etwas eingetragen werden. Beim ersten Mal tragen waren sie etwas unangenehm aber inzwischen passen sie wie angegossen und kann sie ohne Probleme ein ganzes Training tragen.

Squatting while having very long legs especially the femur bone is a nightmare but these shoes have made it a pleasure, going to failure is so much easier with the extra stability and the heel raise these shoes provide. By far the best investment you can make if you are looking to improve your squats! 10/10

Unbeaten value! Bought these for my partner as she is starting lifting herself, I was really impressed with the build quality and styling of the shoe! And she’s told me they are very comfortable and she feels very stable when in them! Only reason not for me to give 5 stars is I would like the toe box wider if I was to purchase for myself!

Super Schuhe und sehr schnelle Lieferung; trage Größe 46 und habe die Gewichtheberschuhe auch in jener gekauft, passen perfekt und erlauben mir, endlich die Hacksquat in unserem Studio vernünftig nutzen zu können, mit Fersenerhöhung ist's nun deutlich angenehmer als mit flachen Schuhen; auch normale Kniebeugen sind deutlich angenehmer geworden, konnte sofort 5kg mehr beugen und mein unterer Rücken limitiert mich nicht mehr so stark wie vorher.

They look great, like the style, but they are a little high up on the ankles and a little uncomfortable there, at least for my small feet. Half sizes would be awesome, too.
