Für einen Hobby-Sportler wie mich, ist diese offene Trap Bar eine gute Möglichkeit sich an etwas mehr Gewicht zu wagen. Dazu ist sie sogar ausbalanciert.

Sorry guys, but I don’t like them. They are just long normal socks. No padding. They easily lose grip when sweating and exercising… especially death lifting, of course…

Was mich nur gestört hat war das geschaube mit der Mutter.
Das Gewinde hat einen Durchmesser von ca 23,5 mm. Ich habe ein passendes Alurohr in mehreren Längen zurechtgeschnitten um die Distanz auszugleichen .
Das Alurohr hat innen einen Durchmesser von 24,5mm und ist 2,5mm stark. Hält!

Deadlifts are fun. Getting the plates on/off the bar isn't. This tool will make your life a lot easier.
The small formfactor makes it easy to use and store. A must have.
Looks nice but very cheap material there is not even pads so the strap doesn’t go “in” your skin. Quite uncomfortable
