Strength Shop Power Cuff


Perfekt geeignet um die Gelenke bei Übungen zu unterstützen und um Schmerzen vorzubeugen. Sowohl für Arme, als auch Beine. Die Cuffs müssen eng am vorgesehenen Körperteil anliegen.

I'm them during heavy lowbar squats to prevent elbow pain and they work great for that. They also provide good support during pressing. The only drawback is uncomfortable stitching

Ordered these a size smaller (XL) for my 33-34 cm elbows. First few times they felt a bit too tight but they adjust pretty good, I expected a bit more from them but they do work and help with the heaviest presses, I also use them for heavy squats with narrow grip
