Der Gürtel für schmale und kürzere Oberkörper

Die reduzierte Breite ist ideal für Frauen, JugendathletInnen und generell alle, die mehr Bewegungsfreiheit bei gleichzeitig großer Stützfunktion haben möchten, zur Stabilisierung und zum Schutz der Wirbelsäule durch den Aufbau von intra-abdominalem Druck. Zu unseren zwei Standardbreiten haben wir diesen Gürtel mit einer Breite von 7,6cm. Je nach Torsolänge und Körperbau, kann auch ein 10cm Hebegürtel zu breit sein und zu starken Druck auf Knochenstruktur von Rippen und Hüfte ausüben, das wird durch diesen schmalen Lever Gürtel reduziert. Das 10mm dicke Amara-Kunstleder lässt sich angenehm eintragen und passt sich dann den Konturen des eigenen Körpers an.

IPF zertifiziert – Für Training und Wettkampf

Wie die meisten unserer Lever Belts ist auch dieser IPF/BVDK zertifiziert und kann beim Powerlifting-Training sowie bei Wettkämpfen getragen werden. Auch für andere Kraftsportarten ist der Gürtel bestens geeignet. Mit der Strength Shop Klappschnalle
wird der Gürtel einfach und fest verschlossen. Die Schnalle selbst hält einer Belastung von bis zu 400kg stand. Der Gürtel ist schwarz mit weißem Logostick in der Mitte.

Really comfortable for people with short torso / long rib. The belt is so soft i dont think it need any break in whatsoever. And the gold lever rocks even tho there's some blemishes.

Great belt for a short torso or just want to have less support and use more muscle strength. I also have the 4” belt for competition purposes. It’s nice to switch between the 3” and 4” to cycle strength and support to push past plateaus.

This belt has exceeded my expectations! I'm 5'2 and only 125 pounds, and I fit into size 0 jeans. I've been lifting for about a year and a half, and I have lately been pushing weights that are heavier and heavier. During this last cut the past few months, I was using a different belt that my gym provided. It was the smallest one they offered, and i had it tightened to the smallest hole, with my cut however I ended up getting too small for the belt and I in turn hurt my back on a set of squats because it didn't provide the support I needed. It was also super uncomfortable! because it was a 4 inch belt and then went to 5 inches where your back is. Because I'm so small, my rib cage and my pelvis were too close together for the size of that belt. I found this 3 inch belt, with a lever adjustment! I bought the xs, and oh my god its PERFECT! its not too wide and doesn't put pressure against the bottom of my rips or top of my pelvis, but also supports the heavy weights I'm pushing in the gym. I did some heavy squats in it today (3x8 at 185lbs), and heavy deadlifts in it yesterday (2x6 at 205lbs), and it felt super sturdy and helped me prevent any injury that could've come (like my last belt). I'm very happy with my purchase, and even happier with the price for the quality.

The belt is exceptional. 3" width fits much more naturally on my shorter torso than the standard 4". Feels sturdy and high quality, very comfortable, and looks really nice too. Wie gewohnt gute Qualität zu gutem Preis. Habe gerne einen Gürtel dran bei schwerem Umsetzen. Der schmalere Gürtel drückt in/vor der Startstellung nicht so auf Rippen und Becken. Jedoch gibt er natürlich etwas weniger Unterstützung wie die breitere Variante.

A bit stiff but that's to be expected, it will soften with use.
