Excelent & practical

Very practical, especially for easily and fast loading onto the Lat attachment of the Riot Cage. Wish I would've ordered more of them. Pro tip: also useful for leg support when doing one-legged squats and also with a massage roller mounted onto it (which has to have a hollow core)
